Welcome to COY. We’re committed to offering you an exceptional dining experience. Please note that entry is at our discretion, and we ask all guests to respect our atmosphere.
To confirm your booking, a R450 deposit per guest is required within 24 hours. If not received, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. Full refunds are offered for cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, no-shows, or unannounced changes will result in the loss of the deposit, at management’s discretion.
We welcome guests aged 12 and over only. We appreciate your understanding.

GETTING THERE
Self Driving
If driving, park at V&A’s Portswood Parking Garage. COY is between Robinson Dry Dock Bridge and Bascule Bridge.
If the Robinson Dry Dock Bridge is inaccessible, go through the Watershed and turn left at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
Uber
If using Uber, use the Cape Grace Uber drop-off point. COY is located across the Bascule Bridge, in front of the hotel.

Dress code: Smart casual (no flip-flops, sportswear, or beachwear).
No outside food or drink. Discreet photography is fine, but no flash or disruptive filming. Seating is subject to availability; we recommend making reservations. Entry is at your own risk—COY is not liable for injuries, damages, or lost items.
ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We can accommodate all allergies and dietary requirements with 24 hours’ notice, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate onion, garlic, and allium allergies. We welcome vegetarians and vegans and have alternative menus available upon request.
